In 2011, we chose to be 'Out-of-Network' providers. We discount our fees and overall bill less than the 'usual and customary' charges for the time spent and complexity/ number of problem(s) addressed. Your insurance s billed $180-295 for a 10-20 minute visit which often goes to your deductible. Your insurance can reimburse you according to your plan's guidelines. Most patients are getting reimbursed quite well. We can send in the insurance paperwork, on your behalf, to help with reimbursement.
